Privacy Policy

isellsite is operated by eyejee ("we", "us"). isellsite helps website builders find businesses, organizes publicly available information about them and prepares a website-ready prompt. Websites themselves are built by you in external tools such as Lovable, Base44 or Replit.

• Account data: your name, email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never stored in plain text).
• Workspace data: opportunities you save, notes, statuses, team members you invite and media you select or upload.
• Usage data: sign-in records, feature usage, quota consumption and basic technical information such as browser type.
• Billing data: plan and subscription status. Card details are collected directly by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
• Referral data: if you arrive through an affiliate link, we record the click and whether you later sign up or pay.

Opportunities are built from information businesses already publish: public listings, public websites and public social media profiles. We do not access private accounts. A business that wants its information removed from isellsite can write to rwad@agentehc.com, and we will remove it.

We use information to provide and improve the service, enforce plan quotas, process payments, keep accounts secure, provide support and attribute affiliate referrals. We do not sell personal data.

We use AI models to organize public business information, analyze selected images and generate website prompts. Data sent to these models is used only to deliver the feature you requested.

We rely on trusted providers to run isellsite, including:

• cloud hosting, database and authentication;
• payment processing (Stripe);
• search, web and social data providers used to find public business information;
• AI model providers.

External website builders such as Lovable, Base44 and Replit only receive what you choose to paste into them, and their own privacy policies apply there.

We use a referral cookie (isl_ref) for up to 60 days to credit affiliates, cookies required for sign-in, and local browser storage for preferences. On our public pages we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling and anonymized session recordings), and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. Clarity does not run inside the signed-in product.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Some records may be kept longer where needed for billing, legal obligations or security.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Write to rwad@agentehc.com.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and account-level data separation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

isellsite is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
