Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and eyejee, the operator of isellsite. By creating an account or using isellsite you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the teammates you invite. Keep your password secure.

isellsite finds businesses, organizes publicly available information about them and prepares a website-ready prompt. isellsite does not build the websites; you build them in external tools such as Lovable, Base44 or Replit, and those tools' own terms apply there.

We offer a Free plan (15 opportunities per month) and paid Starter, Pro and Agency plans, as shown on the pricing page. Each saved unique business uses one opportunity from your monthly quota. Unused opportunities do not roll over. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are processed by Stripe. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

isellsite helps you find opportunities and prepare prompts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of public data, that any business will buy from you, or any level of income. Any example payments or sales shown in our marketing are for illustration only.

• Use isellsite only for lawful purposes, and follow applicable marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws when contacting businesses.
• Do not try to bypass quotas, permissions or security, or misuse the search and data collection features.
• Do not resell access or share one seat between several people.
• Respect the terms of third-party platforms and the rights of the businesses you contact.

Affiliates earn a commission on a referred user's first payment. Referrals are attributed for up to 60 days after a click. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are void. Commissions are reviewed and approved before payout, and we may change commission rates for future referrals with notice.

You keep ownership of the notes, materials and prompts you create. You give us a limited permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.

isellsite, its software and its brand belong to eyejee. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for non-payment, abuse or violation of these terms. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be temporarily unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions: rwad@agentehc.com.
